Vinny R As far as a I can tell, the changes to tasks do not agreed Elsie's request. I do not see any option to filter by the person who assiged the task. Filtering by created by or modified by is not the same. Elsie the workaround I have used for years is task tags. Each person has their own tag with initials. For example John Doe would have a task tag "JD Task". When JD assigns a task to me to review and approve, he puts his tag "JD Task." Then he can run a filter for all tasks tagged "JD Task" and it will show him all outstanding tasks that he has assigned to someone else and is waiting on the assignee. It also allows me at the boss to filter so I can review all work JD has assigned to me at one time, then move on to the next employee. Hope that helps.
