Currently, only have the option available for matter and contacts. Having the ability to merge a lead will be great so it would minimize contact duplicates and/or matter duplicates.

Mary how are you encountering the creation of duplicate leads, what is causing the duplicates to occur?

Hi David, we’re getting duplicates because our leads come from different sources. Some leads try to contact us multiple times or use various lead forms, which results in duplicates.
