I know this is planned, but it would have so much more time than many of the other updates/upgrades. Please make this a priority. It is the highest-rated desired upgrade, and it is not even in progress? That is so unfortunate.

I’d like to suggest removing the auto-download behavior when documents are uploaded to a customer matter. It would be great to have the option to view the document in Lawcus without it downloading automatically.
