Add Client's Primary Phone Number to Event Details

Put the client's primary phone number somewhere in the calendar event. This makes it easy for reception to view it and make a reminder call to the client the day before OR if the event is a phone call the attorney needs to make the number is easily there.

hi David , We’re currently working on an update to improve visibility and efficiency within calendar events.
Very soon, the Contact's primary phone number will be displayed directly inside the calendar event. This will make it easier for:
Reception teams to quickly access the number for reminder calls
Attorneys to initiate scheduled phone calls without searching the contact record
Staff to reference contact details directly from the invite
In addition, we’ve made improvements to how attendees are displayed:
Attendees are now grouped as Internal and External
Internal = Firm users
External = Clients and contacts outside the firm
The phone number of users will also be displayed on the invite
These enhancements are designed to reduce clicks, eliminate searching, and make scheduling workflows smoother for your team.
This update is currently in progress and is expected to be released within the next few days.
