Add the ability to select Business days when using Time Delay

I am sending out follow up communications to nurture leads and I have a delay set between communications and I only want them to be sent on business days. I would like a way to either chose business days or use logic to set what day/time as a function of trigger day of the week.

I will add on here: I also would like to be able to set a specific time WITHOUT a specific day, but instead with a variable delay. So like the next day at 8am, or wait 2 days at 4:30pm. this would be very good for spending timed lead nurture emails.
