Auto-remove deleted/Merged/Converted lead or contact profiles from search results.

Currently, deleted contact and converted profiles still show in search. It will be great not to see those anymore since they are not showing any data anymore.

Hi Mary, I have a few questions to get a better understanding of this issue. 
1 - Can you please provide us the name of the contact that you have deleted in lawcus and let us know if you are still facing this issue. 
2 - Can you explain what you mean by Converted Profiles still show in search ?
