Is custom dashboards something that is being looked at in the near future? From a Sales perspective I need a dashboard customised to my needs from reports I have created. The need to have charts and graphs in real time is critical, rather than having to export files into excel to then create charts etc. Please advise time frame for this enhancement Thanks

Sarah Lamb: We’re working on a new Insights experience in Lawcus — starting with Time Insights.
Time Insights is designed to give law firms real-time visibility into the metrics that directly impact revenue and operations — without waiting for month-end reports or exporting spreadsheets.
With Time Insights, you’ll be able to:
Track billable progress against targets (hours or amount)
Monitor uninvoiced WIP before it becomes a billing problem
See utilization trends across individuals and the firm
Identify matters pending invoicing
Drill down by client, matter, and timekeeper to go from insight to action
Time Insights will include:
Firm-level Insights for owners and partners
Personal Insights for individual timekeepers
This is the first release in a broader Insights initiative. Over time, Insights will expand into Matters, Billing & Collections, AR, and more — giving firms connected visibility from intake to cash.
