Please allow for emails, at least the last one you were working on, to remain a draft if you accidentally click out of the email box. I just spent a ton of time drafting an eloquent email to a client only for it to disappear and never be seen again because there is no drafts feature.

Thank you for sharing this, and I’m really sorry that happened. Losing a carefully drafted client email is understandably frustrating, especially after spending significant time writing it.
This is very valid feedback. We should have a way to preserve the email draft, at least the most recent one, when someone accidentally clicks out of the email box or closes the composer.
I’ll take this up with the team as a priority so we can work on preventing drafted email content from being lost in situations like this.
