We’ve noticed that sometimes it can be difficult to fully explain a feature request or an issue through text alone, especially when there are multiple steps or specific scenarios involved.
To help us understand and resolve things faster, we’d like to encourage sharing a short screen recording along with your request whenever possible.
A quick 30–60 second video showing:
what you were trying to do
the steps you followed
what you expected to happen
what actually happened
can help our team clearly see the scenario and significantly reduce back-and-forth.
You can use any simple screen recording tool (such as Loom or your system’s built-in recorder) and share the video link or file with us.
You can email the recording directly to us at devanshi@lawcus.com.
This will help us reproduce issues more accurately and get to a resolution much faster.
