Summary:
The current Mailchimp integration in Lawcus is limited to a one-way sync of contacts with basic filters. This restricts our ability to leverage Mailchimp effectively for segmented marketing campaigns.
Issues Identified:
  1. Integration only syncs contacts; no two-way functionality.
  2. No ability to map Mailchimp fields with Lawcus fields.
  3. No option to automatically apply Mailchimp tags based on lead/contact stage in Lawcus.
Action Items / Requests:
  1. Enable field mapping between Lawcus and Mailchimp (custom fields included).
  2. Add functionality to automatically assign tags in Mailchimp based on a lead/contact’s stage in Lawcus.
  3. Explore options for two-way sync to improve data consistency across platforms.
