I agree the client portal needs to be significantly upgraded. Is there a list of what upgrades are planned? There needs to be a way to initiate the portal from the law firm side and then share documents in the portal from the law firm side, regardless of whether the client accepts the request. We have to initiate the portal and then just keep checking back before sharing documents. Also the files and the cloud drive integration create duplicate work. I should be able to share files from cloud storage integration without having to re upload the files in "files". The way the portal is setup in Lawmatics works great, just copy it.

I continue to wonder why this isn't a priority. We've been asking for this for literally years. This is core functionality and central to our ability to efficiently serve our clients. It needs to be mobile friendly and significantly upgraded in general. I am paying $60/month for motion.io because the portal in Lawcus is just not ready for prime time. This also costs me more in my time and staff hours to maintain and update Motion portals.
