Add the ability for users to receive an in-app notification in Lawcus whenever they are tagged or mentioned in a matter note/fact/issue.

Having the option to receive them directly within Lawcus would help reduce the number of email notifications from Lawcus and prevent users' inboxes from becoming unnecessarily crowded.

An in-app notification would allow team members to quickly identify when their attention is needed while they are already working in Lawcus. Ideally, clicking the notification would take the user directly to the specific matter and note where they were tagged.

This would make internal communication more efficient, reduce email clutter, and help ensure important mentions are easier to identify and address.
