Currently, the search bar is quite narrow and truncates long Matter names. Since we often use detailed and descriptive names to differentiate between cases, it's essential that the full Matter name is visible in the dropdown and search results. A wider search bar or dynamic text wrapping would greatly enhance our ability to quickly identify and select the correct record.

We also noticed that when attempting to search for contacts by phone number, the system doesn’t return relevant results. This can be limiting, especially when we receive calls and need to quickly look up the associated contact using their phone number. It would be incredibly helpful if the search bar could recognize and return contacts based on their primary or secondary phone numbers.
