Request for automated payment plans. I'm a current ConfidoLegal client as well, using their automatic subscriptions for my payment plans. The problem is that payments made through a ConfidoLegal subscription do not integrate with Lawcus invoices and get automatically recorded. ConfidoLegal is looking into linking subscriptions to Lawcus invoice created payment links, but suggested that if Lawcus could build an internal automated payment plan, this could all be easily integrated on the ConfidoLegal side. Lawcus is one of the only LPMS platforms that ConfidoLegal works with that does not offer automatic payment plans. I see that this was planned over a year ago and no updates have been given.
