URGENT Major Bug! Intake Forms for Leads!

When a LEAD fills out an intake form linked to their Lead, any answers to questions linked to a Contact Custom Fields DO NOT get added to their Lead's linked Contact's Custom Fields. All answers to questions linked to Matter Custom Fields DO get correctly added to the Lead's linked Matter's Custom Fields.
