Feature Requests

We desperately need the ability to change billing rates and billing contact at the client level. Right now it is only at the matter level, so when we create new matters for the same client they default to our standard rates and the client's default primary contact. We have to manually change the custom rate and billing contact for each matter when it is created or we end up sending a bill to the wrong contact and billing the wrong rate. It is hard to remember to manually do that. Any Lawcus user with business clients will be setting up multiple matters for those clients so we really need to be able to set a custom rate and billing contact for that client and then have it apply to every matter automatically when created. PLEASE add this.

In the attached screen shot unvoiced should be un-invoiced or not invoiced. Unvoiced has a different meaning that what I think you meant to have.

Currently workflows can only be triggered on the Event's creation, NOT on the event itself. But I would like there to be a way to move a matter stage/assign tasks/send emails, etc, in a specified time PRIOR to an event. For example, 3 days before a client signing meeting, we need to be reminded to prepare for the meeting and put hte final touches on the documents.
