Feature Requests

If a user has more than one Lawcus-tab open, the timer doesn't work properly. This is unsuitable for hybrid working: if the user works from the office and then sets off for court, they have to remember to close their tab on the pc in order to be able to work on their laptop. Furthermore, sometimes you need to quickly look up something in another screen or compare 2 documents and having 2 tabs makes this much easier.

Lawcus integrates with LawPay but the "Pay Later" feature is not available when generating invoices with Lawcus/LawPay.

I often send my clients an approval intake form + the document for them to review. With the current setup, you cannot add attachments to emails when you send an intake form. Can you please add this feature?

Search will sometimes show multiple contacts for the same person but one will always lead to an error page.

Currently, only have the option available for matter and contacts. Having the ability to merge a lead will be great so it would minimize contact duplicates and/or matter duplicates.

I am a mostly flat fee firm. So I need to know how long on average a specific task takes (like "Draft Trust Package" or "prep for consult"). I have a time category called "Draft Trust Package" but I would like to be able to set up a view that shows average times performed in each category that I created. This would not be a "total time spent this week on this category" but some way to say "average time this category is done from start to finish per lead/matter"

Adding a feature for emails to be sent at a scheduled time within Lawcus would be great!
